Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.

Please read the following information carefully. ● All rooms are dormitory rooms (shared with other guests). Shower rooms, bathrooms, lounges, etc. are shared with other guests. ● There are no elevators or escalators in the hotel. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and you will need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. ● If you arrive earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the day of your stay, you may spend time in the workspace library and lounge on the third floor of the hotel until check-in time. ● The workspace and shared lounge on the 3rd floor are unlocked for the free use of all guests, and the hotel is unable to compensate for luggage. Please be sure to bring your valuables with you. ● If you wish to leave your luggage safely, there are luggage storage and lockers in the Daiichi Building in front of Atami Station. There are three sizes of lockers, ranging from 100 yen to 300 yen per baggage size. There are also station lockers on the left as you exit the ticket gate. ● There is no parking lot or bicycle parking at the hotel. There is a space in front of the hotel, but it is not owned by the hotel. Parking and bicycle parking are prohibited. If you are coming by car, please use the nearest coin-operated parking lot (the nearest coin-operated parking lot to our hotel is Times Atami Kasuga-cho). If you are coming by motorcycle or bicycle, please use the bicycle parking lot in front of Atami Station (fee required). ● There is a cafe-bar on the first floor, open from 18:00-24:00 (L.O 23:30). ● If you wish to use the workspace or shared lounge after check-out (10:00-17:00), please inquire at the time of check-in. Please ask at the time of check-in if you wish to use the workspace and share lounge after check-out (from 10:00 to 17:00). ● If you cannot make the check-in time, please contact us in advance by e-mail. Please note that if you do not contact us, your reservation will be considered cancelled on the day of arrival and you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you cannot make it in time, please contact us and we will accommodate you until 11:00 p.m. A late check-in fee (1,100 yen) will be charged for check-ins after 10:00 p.m. ● If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 3 days prior to your check-in date.
